Retail Accounts
Our retail pricing is extremely competitive because we have our items custom-made for Always Elegant and, therefore, we deal directly with the manufacturer, i.e., there is no middleman. We maintain a low overhead because we sell only on-line, and we avoid the expense of costly catalogs, advertising, and a retail store. However, we do offer individuals special pricing on large purchases for events such as banquets, weddings, etc. Please contact us for a special quote.
TERMS: Pay by VISA, MasterCard, check, or money order.
SHIPPING RATES: Our shipping rates apply to the continental US. For international, Hawaii, and Alaska shipping rates, please submit an order and we will calculate shipping and email you for approval before charging your credit card.
SHIPPING INTERVAL: We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of receipt of your order, unless we notify you that there is an exception.
BACKORDERS: Backorders are kept for 45 days unless cancellation is requested.
RETURNS: We extend 100% customer satisfaction. If your purchase fails to satisfy you, you can return it within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of custom orders. You will receive an immediate merchandise credit upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping is not refundable. For your protection, please send the merchandise back using a shipper with a tracking method (e.g., FedEx, UPS) or proof of delivery (e.g., USPS delivery confirmation).
